About the Birdie Bush Bandits

It all started when the world slowed down during the COVID pandemic. Amrit, missing the game he loved and wanting to reconnect with friends, made a few phone calls that would change everything. Despite not having played for years - life, family, and work had gotten in the way - a small group decided to dust off their clubs and head back to the course.
What began as a simple reunion round in August 2020 quickly became something much more meaningful. The Birdie Bush Bandits weren't just rediscovering golf; we were rediscovering friendship. Fast forward five years to 2025, and we've grown into a great bunch of friends who've turned our shared love of the game into lasting bonds that extend far beyond the 18th hole.
We're living proof that it's never too late to get back into golf, and that sometimes the best things come from the simplest ideas. What started as "let's play a round" has become a brotherhood that celebrates every birdie, laughs at every shank, and supports each other through all of life's ups and downs.

August 2020 - Amrit's Call
During the COVID pandemic, Amrit reached out to old friends who hadn't played golf in years. Despite busy lives with family and work, a few answered the call to dust off their clubs.
The First Round Back
Rusty swings, forgotten rules, and plenty of laughs marked our return to the course. What started as a simple reunion became the foundation of something special.
Building the Brotherhood
Regular rounds turned into lasting friendships. We discovered that golf was the perfect excuse to reconnect and stay connected as our group grew.
